General Flow

Designed for those who regularly attend my classes but can't get to the studio, or those wanting to start a home practice.  All levels, however, if you're newer to yoga you may want to adapt and build up over time.  If you have any chronic aches and pains please consult your doctor before commencing.  Move your furniture and flow.
